Below is the first Play Given at Maine South
"Life with Father"

The First Musical was Oklahoma!

The Performing Band was called A Dance Band

Later renamed "stage band" then Finally

Jazz Band.

The Tri- M Society (created at Maine East)
started at Maine South as well as
the Thespian Society below
